Professional Services Logo Design

The Challenge

Hulse Family Law is a start-up law firm with offices in Wollongong and Berry, founded by Family Law Accredited Specialist, Lana Hulse. After a decade working exclusively in family law at other legal firms, Lana wanted to establish her own business.

Aside from the name, everything was needed to enable the firm to start trading – branding, stationery, business cards and a well-optimised website combined with ongoing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to bring clients in.

The Solution

An elegant and professional brand was created with a calm navy and peach colour palette. A suite of stationery was developed incorporating both the branding and the Law Society accreditation logo to emphasise the credibility and expertise of the new firm.

The website was structured in a search-engine friendly way and designed to ensure the firm appears approachable and professional. Detailed content guides prospective clients on what they may need and demystifies the legal processes involved. A News & Insights section was crucial to the SEO strategy of the site enabling helpful content on particular topics to be added regularly.

As well as the on-site SEO, ongoing SEO work is in progress and already gaining traction, with the site working its way up page 1 of the organic rankings for priority keywords. A Google Ads campaign running alongside this is helping to build up the firm's client base in its first months of operation.

From the client

“I engaged Anthony and the team at Handmade Web & Design to develop branding, stationery, business cards and a comprehensive website for my professional services firm from scratch. From the first consultation and every interaction to date, all staff have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with, not to mention talented. I could not be happier with the designs, communication and service. I have continued to engage the team for ongoing marketing and optimisation and I highly recommend Handmade to anyone in need of these services.”
