The Arcoo Group one of Australia’s top IT professional services companies, with headquarters in Wollongong, but working with companies of all sizes across Australia in the manufacturing, education, medical, trades and consulting sectors, and beyond.
The owners wanted to create a fully realised brand for Arcoo Digital, along with a website detailing their key service areas. IT being an area many people don't understand in detail, it was important to convey clearly how Arcoo Group could help prospective clients, and to emphasise that their expert team is supportive and accessible.
The branding process began with exploring a range of concepts, zeroing in one a direction that used the infinity symbol to symbolise moving elements running smoothly and people working efficiently together. From this a logo was defined and a complete graphic system developed, incorporating a set of people illustrations to bring humanisation to the brand, iconography, and infographic illustrations to reinforce particular service offerings and to visually simplify the technical subject matter, making them easier to understand.
All these branding elements were consolidated into a Style Guide to guide ongoing use of the brand in internal and external channels. A set of digital materials including email signatures, social media assets and templates, and a Powerpoint template were created, and a set of printed materials including business cards, letterhead, compliments slip, envelope, stickers and a pull-up banner.
For the website, all the elements of the brand were brought together to convey their expertise, combined with the simplicity of their communication and approachability of their team. In particular, presenting their services as "simple yet powerful solutions to transform your business", with accompanying icons and illustrations all helping to demystify what they offer.
