Anthony’s Journey
Anthony started his creative career with a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Canberra back when dial-up was the norm. He refined his skills at leading agencies in Canberra, London, Seattle, and Sydney, serving as a Senior Designer for the BBC and as a Creative Director for an Ancestry.com subsidiary overseas, before leading the innovative Australian customer experience firm, Different.
Emma’s Expertise
Emma holds a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MSc funded by a prestigious scholarship, giving her deep insights into customer behaviour. Since moving to Australia in 2006, she has excelled as an Experience Architect, specialising in website usability and customer research.
