The Challenge
After 35 years trading in Berry under the name Elders Real Estate, the owner decided to become independent and transition to McGoldrick Estate Agents. Having worked closely for several years to create digital and print marketing materials, we were thrilled to partner on the creation of a new brand.
The challenge was in creating a trustworthy look and feel to underline the trust the community have built in the owners and team over many years and the high quality of customer service they deliver. The scale of the rebrand was also significant, which a large number of different printed and digital materials needing to be designed and produced, from bus shelter ads to 'SOLD' stickers.
The Solution
The new brand uses a classic typeface paired with an elegant colour palette and a diamond motif, which flows through the logo mark, device and background patterns.
Bringing the new brand to life across a huge range of materials was very satisfying – from business cards, compliment slips, document templates and email signatures, through to office signage, flyers, sold stickers, bus shelter advertising, print media advertisements, fridge magnets and even umbrellas!
