The Challenge
We first partnered with Milliken Builders back in 2014 to create an online presence for them to demonstrate their credibility and experience to prospective home building and renovation clients.
This first website worked very well to bring more enquiries and business, and by 2021 was ready for a redesign to reflect more contemporary design trends.
The Solution
The updated design is contemporary and stylish, utisiling their signature red accent colour to good effect in an otherwise clean monochrome colour palette. Now with a greater portfolio of completed projects, we were able to utilise more photography to showcase their work, as well as highlight testimonials from satisfied customers to help build trust with prospective clients.
The site makes very clear the range of services on offer, from the larger Renovations, Extensions and New Homes services to the smaller Decks & Pergolas and Small Projects services; this is important to Milliken Builders as the smaller services combine well into their work schedule alongside the larger projects and help keep their growing team busy year round, even when a larger project experiences a delay.
The site enables Millikens to regularly publish blog posts and completed projects, all an important aspect of the site's SEO strategy.
