The Challenge

Pipelounge is an innovative product which supports multiple pipes where there is limited space, reducing the need for struts in construction. Australian made and owned, its founder has utility and design patents pending and needed a new slick website to showcase the product and build up its network of stockists and wholesalers. 

The site needed to the benefits of Pipelounge evident quickly, enable customers to find stockists, and provide quick access to installation documentation.

Given the distribution of Pipelounge is in its infancy, this all needed to be done on a fairly limited budget.

The Solution

The bespoke design focused on making the product easy to understand very quickly after arrival at the website, with large clear typography, text, imagery and a video. The homepage progressively gives the user more detail, with clear sections describing and showing the product, presenting its benefits in a visual way and providing FAQs. Testimonials in written and video form provide social proof that this new product can be trusted.

The large clear navigation menu gives quick access to other key areas of the site, and since launch the site has already been expanded to include multi-lingual support. Currently the site can be viewed in French, with further languages to be added as the product's distribution network evolves.
