Eleven Eighty is a unique heritage-listed venue near Berry incorporating the old schoolhouse of Coolangatta. Owners Clare and Richard Mills have lovingly restored the property, curating its spaces for wedding celebrations and bespoke events.
With the new brand's tagline being 'the venue with a twist', the owners needed a website that would show their clientele what is different about Eleven Eighty, and also appeal to the corporate retreat market.
A richly textured website immerses the visitor into the Eleven Eighty experience, incorporating animated photography, rustic borders, vintage illustrations and a heritage-inspired colour palette. An elegant classic stencil-style serif font for the headings brings contemporary sophistication.
The 'mix and match spaces' of the venue are showcased visually along with detailed content and image galleries giving event organisers a full picture of the venue's possibilities. A calendar shows upcoming availability and the site drives visitors towards an invitation to 'start their story' via the custom event enquiry form.
The capacity to sell their soon-to-be launched Auld School Gin, distilled on the premises, has been built into the site, and a blog enables the owners to add rich content regularly to improve their organic Google rankings.
