The Challenge
Climax Air Conditioning are a well-established company based in Nowra and serving the Sydney, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven and South Coast regions.
Known for the very high quality of their installation and servicing work for both complex commercial projects and residential customers, their old website was not reflecting this and needed a complete redesign.
The Solution
We designed a slick, corporate-style website for Climax Air with very clear signposting and pathways through the site for their two customer types – commercial and residential. Integrating videos, easy to scan FAQs and customer testimonials all help to build trust between the company and prospective clients.
A 'knowledgebase' of articles from the Climax Air team helps both convey their expertise and support customers at different points of the customer lifecycle. Articles are tagged as Residential or Commercial, enabling content to be tailored to particular customer types as they browse the website.
A dedicated section for completed projects enables Climax Air to showcase their many complex and diverse commercial air conditioning and mechanical services installations in the region, demonstrating their credibility as a partner to other clientele, construction partners and organisations running tender processes for upcoming projects.
