The Challenge

Rapid Relief Team (RRT) is a non-profit organisation offering quality catering assistance and tangible support to charities, government and emergency services. Whether it be fire, drought or even a global pandemic, RRT volunteers bring hope to people in their time of need.

RRT’s new website needed to be accessed by people all around the world. As such, RRT needed a multi-lingual site with tailored content depending on the user’s location. Facilitating an easy donation process and a way to demonstrate their impact to their supporters and donors was also critical.

The Solution

In response, the website we designed features dynamic content based on country (14 countries in total), as well as multi-lingual capability. Users can make a donation via an easy interface with a secure payment gateway, and the RRT team can quickly add new operations and appeals to raise funds.

The visual design makes an impact to engage visitors with the vital work RRT does in emergency situations using the red, navy and white colour palette to great effect, with diagonal elements and movement conveying the dynamic nature of what they do. Key statistics, maps and stories are surfaced visually to demonstrate impact.
