As a new business, our work with South Coast Commercial started with their brand. We ran a branding workshop with their key stakeholders to determine how to position them in the marketplace. This was translated into their visual identity, including logo design and colour palette.
A website with real estate listings functionality was created to enable staff to add and edit properties on an ongoing basis. Location being critical for commercial properties, a map-based view of listings was a major component. The site is also fully mobile optimised.
Advertising being key, the new branding was also applied to digital billboards and printed press advertisements.
